Alexander, no es puro cuento. También tiene otras destrezas para tener en cuenta.

I have been practicing and studying traditional chinese martial arts since 2010 with Master Liu Ming.
There is no secret to achieving skill, only practice and direction.
After learning this practice it has now become a part of me, as my breath is.

Practicing 3 hours a day allows me to be in good condition to share that which I have learnt through experience. And I aim to share all I know, so you can lean to practice alone in order to build skill and use the classes as both practice and consultation time.

The key is to develop the sight. If you can see properly what you are supposed to do you have more chance of doing it properly, and this is knowledge that can be applied to everything in life. Seems pretty obvious, but it is very hard to do.

The practice's main focus is based on Zhan Zhuang, Form (Lao Jia) and Tui Shou (Push hands)

"I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times."
- Bruce Lee

"Kung fu/Kungfu or Gung fu/Gongfu (Listeni/?k???fu?/ or /?k???fu?/; ??, Pinyin: g?ngfu) is a Chinese term referring to any study, learning, or practice that requires patience, energy, and time to complete. In its original meaning, kung fu can refer to any discipline or skill achieved through hard work and practice, not necessarily martial arts. "

If you would like to know more about my Master, he was Pope Francis's accupuncturist. He studied with Tia Bao-Yu, Sun Yutang, Di Zao-Long, Zhang Tinsheng, Zhu Cansheng, Chen Qing Zhou and Chen Zheng Lei.

Sincerely,

Alexander.
