Now in its fourth year, the Word of Love Carnival continues to celebrate cultural diversity and community harmony through outstanding artistic expression. This year’s featured evening brings together accomplished performers from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, reflecting our enduring commitment to multicultural dialogue and inclusion.

A highlight of the evening will be an extraordinary cross-cultural performance featuring a nationally acclaimed Chinese musician playing the Jiahu bone flute—an ancient instrument dating back over 9,000 years and recognized as one of the oldest known to humanity. This rare and historic performance will be presented in collaboration with First Nations artists and a local jazz band, creating a profound and inspiring musical conversation across time, geography, and tradition.
